With light-filled interiors, elegant coastal styling and all the comforts of home, this welcoming retreat offers the perfect place to slow down and enjoy everything Port Stephens has to offer.

Ideally positioned between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, the apartment is within easy reach of the calm waters of Little Beach, the famous shores of Shoal Bay Beach and the vibrant Nelson Bay Marina. Spend your days swimming, snorkelling, exploring scenic coastal walks or joining a dolphin or whale-watching cruise before returning to your peaceful private retreat.

The beautifully appointed open-plan living, dining and kitchen area creates a comfortable space to relax together. Prepare fresh local seafood in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with quality appliances, a dishwasher and coffee machine, or venture out to enjoy the waterfront dining, cafés and restaurants nearby.

The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and television, while the stylish bathroom includes convenient laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Your small or medium-sized dog is welcome to join you by application, making Sandy Toes Haven a wonderful base for exploring the dog-friendly walks and outdoor attractions of Port Stephens. However important pet information: While this apartment is pet-friendly and has access to a small grassed outdoor area, the yard is not fenced. Dogs must therefore be supervised and kept securely restrained whenever outside.

Travelling with family or friends? Sandy Toes Hideaway is located directly next door and may also be booked, allowing you to holiday together while retaining your own private accommodation. For a larger group getaway, combine both apartments with Sandy Toes a Lux Retreat with Private Pool, located alongside them, to enjoy the complete Sandy Toes Collection.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Extra costs you can select when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $500 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
