Designed for couples, solo travellers or a small family—and welcoming your four-legged companion—Sandy Toes Hideaway offers stylish interiors, modern comforts and a private garden where you can relax in the sunshine.

Begin your morning with coffee on the deck, spend the day swimming in the calm waters of Little Beach or exploring the famous shores of Shoal Bay Beach, then return home for a relaxed barbecue and alfresco dinner overlooking the garden.

Inside, the light-filled living area offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, a Smart TV and a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, a dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely holiday dinner.

The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and second television, while a dedicated workspace and complimentary Wi-Fi make the apartment ideal for guests combining work with a coastal escape. The bathroom also includes convenient laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

Sandy Toes Hideaway places you close to everything Port Stephens has to offer. Stroll to family-friendly Little Beach for calm-water swimming, snorkelling, fishing and waterfront dining at Little Beach Boathouse. Nelson Bay Marina, boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants and dolphin and whale-watching cruises are only minutes away.

Travelling with family or friends? Sandy Toes Haven is located directly next door and may also be booked, allowing everyone to holiday together while enjoying their own private space. LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Extra costs you can select when booking:
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $500 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
