Perched above the white sands of Dutchman’s Beach, Dutchies Retreat is a refined coastal home designed to embrace the view at every turn. From the moment you enter, the horizon unfolds before you — endless blue water, treetop silhouettes and the gentle rhythm of the bay below.

Thoughtfully designed across two generous levels, the home embodies relaxed coastal elegance. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space forms the heart of the residence, anchored by a statement dining table for ten — perfectly positioned for long dinners as the sun sets across the water.

Seamless indoor–outdoor flow leads to the expansive entertainer’s balcony with BBQ, while a pathway from the base of the property delivers you directly to the sands of Dutchies within moments.

Upstairs, the private king master retreat offers elevated tranquillity. Downstairs, four king-zip bedrooms and a second lounge provide flexibility for extended families or two groups travelling together — allowing space to gather, and space to retreat.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen, doonas, blankets and pillows.

BOND a refundable bond of $1500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

BED CONFIGURATION OPTIONS:

Option 1: 1 King, 8 long single.
Option 2: 2 King, 6 long single.
Option 3: 3 King, 4 long single.
Option 4: 4 King, 2 long single.

Additional costs when booking;
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
