The open-plan living area is perfect for unwinding, with free Wi-Fi, plush seating, and a serene coastal ambiance. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the charcoal BBQ outside lets you cook up a storm in true holiday fashion.

BOND a refundable bond of $500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen, doonas, blankets and pillows.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 Adults and 2 children. There is a trundle bed or sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 8, total maximum guests 8.

Bedding Configuration – 1 Double , 1 Queen , 3 Single. Eighth guest on either trundle or sofa bed.

Additional costs when booking;
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towels and linen if you wish to sleep a 9th child. Price for beds included 8 guests.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
