PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  Thisplace makes for a really inforgetable holiday.The views, the peacefulness of it, the birds( rainbow lorikeets, Yellow creted cockatoos, Sea birds, Dolphins... eveything is a delight!
  The unit is well and tastefully equiped, Nothing is missing from the well appointed kitchen and the new BBQ on the deck is quite useful.
  So a great holiday altogether, with the only bémol being that the cove isn’t great for swimming: shallow waters and hidden hazards. But there are plenty of great swimming spots close by ( Dutchman beach or Fingal Bay or one mile beach if you like thesurtf!
  So all in all a memorable place. Will thoroughly recommend !
