BEDDING CONFIGURATION - King, Queen, 2 Doubles in a bunk style.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

    Lovely decor. Lacking a few essentials-hair dryer, coffee machine (was advertised as included), iron and hanging space for clothes. Good location but very tired building and common area.
