Azure Haven’s open-plan living area on the ground floor is the heart of the home. Equipped with modern air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a sleek kitchen, it flows effortlessly onto a spacious timber deck, perfect for family BBQs with a gas grill and ample seating. The upper floor offers a cozy second lounge with a 65cm flat-screen TV, DVD player, and sofa bed for a laid-back movie night after a day by the beach.

The spacious upper level also features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two with king beds that open onto a glass-walled balcony for unparalleled water views. The master bedroom comes with a lavish ensuite bathroom, where you can soak in a tub with either complete privacy or gentle sea vistas. Another full bathroom upstairs offers a bath, shower, and toilet for added convenience.

MAXIMUM 8 adults. Any guests beyond the 8th must be children.

BOND of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION - 2 King, 1 Queen, and 2 single.

Additional costs when bookings of 8 + guests.
Sofa bed $100 per booking - includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels - $8 per towel/per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100). Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  Stayed here for 3 nights on a spur of the moment summer trip. Booking and check-in process was seamless despite my booking being very last minute. The house is conveniently located right on the water, with direct access to the sand straight from the backyard (just walk across small grass strip). House is really well appointed and maintained, quite large and with a free flowing floor plan. Small kids playground also located about 20 metres away which is great if you have young children. Look forward to visiting again!
