Welcome to Ocean's Edge Retreat, a stunning oceanfront property in picturesque Fishermans Bay, Port Stephens, accommodating up to eight guests (max six adults). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, dramatic rock formations, and the iconic Stockton Sand Dunes, all just a 15-minute drive from Nelson Bay.

The main living area boasts soaring high ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the magnificent ocean panorama. Two sliding stacker doors open onto a spacious balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The open-plan design includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a return bench and four bar stools, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The lounge area features comfortable seating, including a sofa bed for two children, and a dining table for six.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a large window with a cozy built-in daybed offering breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two extra-long single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, along with a TV.

Designed for year-round comfort, the property includes split-system air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom. It also has a main bathroom with laundry facilities, a small single garage for beach and water equipment, and off-street parking for vehicles or a boat.

Step onto the expansive oceanside balcony to fully appreciate the property's prime location. It features an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and a lounge setting for relaxation. This vantage point offers unobstructed views, a prime spot for whale watching during migration season.

Just steps from your door, explore secluded shores, tidal rock pools, and crystal-clear waters. Snorkel, spearfish, or simply bask in the sun on this hidden gem. Nearby Stockton Beach offers excellent swimming and surfing opportunities, and the famous Sand Dunes provide a playground for 4WD enthusiasts and sandboarding thrill-seekers.

A scenic coastal walk begins at your doorstep, and the charming town of Anna Bay, with its shops, cafes, and welcoming tavern, is just a short drive away.

BOND - a refundable bond of $500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults maximum. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8.

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee of ($150) is not refundable. Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

  Amazing property with Incredible views. Looking out over the ocean. Managed to spot humpback, whales and dolphins while sitting on the deck while drinking a coffee. Lovely furnishings and comfy beds. We had a wonderful few days here. Property is looking a bit tired in a few places and would benefit from having instruction manuals on how to work the oven, heating/aircon systems etc. also, check-in process and retrieving security bond from rental company all a bit laborious and complicated.

  This stay was all about the location and the view. Amazing views straight off the cliffs, and if you're lucky enough to stay during the humpback migration season, you've got front rows seats to the best show in town! We were lucky enough to witness so many humpbacks passing by, blowing, breaching, slapping fins and tails and just generally having fun. No better spot to stay.
  
  The house itself was very comfortable, with the lounge and kitchen positioned perfectly to take in the view, so even if it's raining, you can still enjoy the location.
  
  Just be prepared to bring your own pantry staples such as glad wrap/baking paper as only tea/coffee/sugar was supplied. Also, if you request to have the twin beds made into a double, make sure you confirm before you arrive to save any hassles for both you and the housekeepers!

  We have rented this house before & it is really beautiful, the main feature is the seascape. A couple of issues were the lighting which shorted due the unprecedented rain event. An Electrician was made available the next day & all was fixed. He also replaced light globes missing from lamps& fixed a blind. Quick response to issue made for another great stay.
