Welcome to Bay Vista Penthouse – Heart of Nelson Bay, the epitome of leisure and comfort nestled in the vibrant heart of Nelson Bay. This exquisitely located penthouse promises a memorable stay just steps away from boutique shopping, charming cafes, lively bars, and the renowned D'Albora Marina.

Step off of the lift and into expansive harbour views with our open-plan living area, seamlessly extending to one of four private balconies. One of which is accessed by a door adjacent to the entry door and is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor setting, for alfresco dining.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking facilities, an air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, family-sized fridge/freezer. The dining room opens onto a balcony and features a 10-seater table, perfect for group meals and creating lasting memories. A convenient and private internal laundry with washing and drying facilities is at your disposal.

The Penthouse boasts five generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes an ensuite, TV, and a private balcony. Bedrooms three and four also feature balcony access, allowing the refreshing sea breeze to flow through the penthouse, should you choose not to use the ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a soothing spa bath, toiletries, shower, vanity, and toilet.
Secure parking is available with three dedicated car spaces in the undercover garage.

***This property is located in a quiet residential building which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.

Bond- $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  From the outset rental of the property was seamless. Managing agents were great, assisting & communication was always forthcoming. The apartment is extremely well maintained, furnished perfectly & well stocked with utensils & functional equipment, making it an easy stay. Linen provided was good. Location is perfect for all your needs close to shops & entertainment, yet maintains your own privacy. This is the second time I've used this property & have booked again. Owners have thought & provided everything you need for a superb, relaxing stay. Highly recommend property

  This property was everything we had hoped for. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We chose to cook at home in the beautifully appointed kitchen. Great views of the Bay and the fireworks. Highly recommend to other families.

  This penthouse is huge, beautifully appointed, has everything you could possibly want, and is perfectly located in the heart of Nelson Bay. It's an easy walk to Dutchman's Beach, Little Nelson Bay, and of course everything in Nelson Bay proper. The apartment itself is perfect - lots of room, lovely views, a well appointed kitchen.
