Welcome to the Fingal Bay Panorama, a brand new designer home in much-loved Fingal Bay. Its elevated position affords it truly spectacular panoramic views over iconic Fingal Bay Beach, the Pacific Ocean, Fingal Spit, and Fingal Island. Stroll 300m to Fingal Bay Beach and Surf Life Saving Club, where you’ll discover a cafe, restaurant, and children’s playground. Fingal Bay Panorama has two-and-a-half bathrooms, two living areas, including a games room with a pool table, three bedrooms, and two sofa beds, allowing it to sleep up to six adults and four children. This contemporary holiday home is only a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay and close to all Port Stephens’ attractions and activities.

The top level encompasses the open plan lounge, dining room, and opulent fully equipped kitchen, which all have breathtaking 180 degree views of the seascape, and flow out onto the large, undercover viewing deck where you can watch the sunrise as you take in that awesome view. The lounge room features a fireplace you’ll be tempted to curl up in front of with a wine, while also on this level is a powder room and the ensuited master bedroom which is blessed with the same glorious water views.

The middle level is made up of two bedrooms, one of which has those delightful sea views, a double-basin family bathroom, a study nook with a glistening water vista, and a sofa bed suitable for two children which has a bifold doors, plus there’s a fabulous games room with a pool table, TV, and a sofa bed suitable for two children.

Fingal Bay Panorama is air-conditioned, has a double garage and off- street parking, free WiFi, a lift, and a laundry with washer and dryer. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and fluffy white towels for your bathrooms. The grassy backyard is fully enclosed and backs onto unspoilt bushland with towering gums and beautiful Gymea Lilies. This tranquil area is perfect to unwind and enjoy the flickering flames in the fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows with the kids - what an ideal way to end the evening after a day playing in the waves.

Fingal Bay Panorama has soul nourishing panoramic water views and Fingal Bay Beach is a 300m stroll away. This patrolled family-friendly surf beach has recently been named by Tourism Australia as one of Australia’s top 20 beaches, and at low tide you can even walk along the Fingal Spit to access Fingal Island. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

    The house was very comfortabl,clean and cosy, loved the big windows and doors throughout and the beautiful views. It was the perfect location with a shortcut walk to the beach. The kitchen in particular was very well equiped and everything was thought of. The bed were also very comfortable.

    This house was nothing short of amazing! We stayed for two nights and wished we stayed longer. The house had the most stunning views of Fingal bay, was incredibly clean and a very short distance to the beach and shops.
    We can’t wait to go back again!
