Nor Easterly at Corlette is a spacious, contemporary holiday house with indulgent amenities, which include an undercover outdoor entertaining area with a kitchen, adjacent to the resort-like swimming pool, outdoor heated spa, and sauna. The home includes four sumptuous bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a powder room, plus two living areas and a media room. Sleeping up to eight guests, your family will feel like you’ve found a holiday oasis and your own private retreat, just minutes to Nelson Bay and a multitude of gorgeous surf and harbour beaches.
On the ground floor you’ll find the open-plan living area encompassing the fully equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry, lounge room, and dining room, which all overlook and flow out onto the luxurious outdoor area. The family will spend hours enjoying the lavish outdoor amenities, whether it’s relaxing in the spa and sauna, swimming in the pool or cooking up a storm in the outdoor kitchen. This level also has a study with desk, a powder room, and a media room with four electric cinema recliners.
On the first floor there’s four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a second living room. The grand master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a king bed, TV, WIR, and an opulent ensuite with double vanity, shower, and a free standing bath. The other three plush bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the main bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a separate toilet and basin. The second living area opens onto an undercover balcony overlooking the pool and has a cosy modular lounge.
Endless Summer is fully air-conditioned, has free WiFi, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a laundry with washing machine, and upon arrival you’ll discover the beds made and fluffy towels for each bathroom. Please note that the garage is not available for use, however, there is off-street parking for three vehicles, including one secure spot at the side of the home behind a gate, perfect for a boat or jet ski.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
NO NOISE- The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS- We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
