Foreshore Beach House offers six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two spacious living areas, ideal for two families or a multigenerational group. Enjoy stunning water and beach views, perfect for beachfront relaxation.

Ground Floor:
Air-conditioned open-plan living areas include a lounge with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room overlooking the water. Dine alfresco on the waterfront patio or watch kids play on the grassy reserve. Two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed with ensuite and two long single beds.

A second air-conditioned living area with smart TV opens to a fully enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor cooking.

First Floor:
Four stylish bedrooms, all with ducted air conditioning, await. The master bedroom boasts bay views, an ensuite, and a balcony. Two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with water views, while another has two long single zip beds (convertible to a king). A family bathroom serves the non-ensuite bedrooms.

Additional amenities include WiFi, laundry, double semi-enclosed carport with space for two vehicles, plus driveway and street parking. Just a short drive to Nelson Bay and within walking or cycling distance to local shops.

Additional costs when booking:

SECURITY DEPOSIT - a refundable bond of $2000 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival date and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb & Booking.com Guests please refer to your booking policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

    We loved staying here, it was the perfect size for our family, plenty of space for adults and children to be together but not over-crowd, even when stuck inside during storms. Extremely comfortable beds and slept so well with the sound of water lapping outside.

    Spectacular views across the bay and loved being able to step outside to fish, swim and paddleboard.

    Perfect place to stay.

    We had a great stay at the Foreshore Beach House for a 60th Birthday and early Christmas. Twelve adults and a little boy loved this beautiful house and location. Walk out your back-door and straight to the water. We will definitely come back again..maybe our new annual catchup place.

    As the names suggests the Foreshore Beach House is just that right on the beautiful Salamander Bay, lovely grassed area off the patio and a few meters to the clear water, very relaxing and a short car drive to either the Nelson Bay area or Salamander, just 1 issue when you are in the upstairs area there is no other bathroom upstairs other then the main bedroom en suite, so the other 3 bedrooms have to either use this or go back down stairs, something to keep in mind. Overall a fantastic home and location.
