Sea, Sand and Sunsets Beach House is located directly opposite beautiful Little Nelson Bay Beach in a prized central Nelson Bay position within a leisurely stroll of all the action and attractions on offer in the much loved Nelson Bay. This beach house with glorious water views between two dwellings - the main house and detached studio.

The idyllic beach is sheltered and is a long established family favourite beach among locals and visitors alike. The Beach House is a short level walk along the waterfront to the marina, ferry, whale and dolphin cruises, cafes, restaurants, shops and CBD.

The main house has air-conditioned open-plan living areas, fully-equipped galley kitchen, dining room and lounge room with a large smart TV. The living areas flow out onto a generous deck where you can relax while breathing in the coastal air and gazing at the harbour views. There’s a family bathroom, and both the stylish bedrooms have air-conditioning. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two long single “zip” beds, which can be converted into a king-sized bed depending on your stipulated preference. The courtyard between the main house and studio features a BBQ and an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining.

The air-conditioned studio is perched above the garage - it enjoys sparkling water views, has high raked ceilings with exposed beams and a balcony from which you take in the vista and cool sea breezes. As well as a king-sized bed there’s a sofa bed, suitable for up to 2 children, and a large smart TV. Please note there is no bathroom in the studio, however at the back of the main house is a bathroom with external access for the studio guests to utilise.

Sea Sand and Sunsets has WiFi, off-street parking for two small-medium sized cars and a laundry with washer and dryer. Conveniently, you can securely store your toys i.e. surfboards, SUP, kayaks, bikes and scooters in the garage.

4-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS WELCOME
Sea, Sand and Sunsets is dog friendly so you can bring your best friend on holiday too. Two small - medium dogs are permitted upon application. Please note - no dogs allowed in the carpeted bedrooms, on the beds or furniture. Dogs are not to be left locked on the Balcony when you go out to explore. Each furry guest’s holiday is $100 per stay.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults maximum. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed (children only) $100 per booking with towels and linen provided.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES, SCHOOLIES/TEENAGERS, EXCESS OF GUESTS bookings will not be accepted.

    Fantastic location,beach across the street,very clean,air conditioning in bedrooms.minor complaints are small pot for boiling pasta,no peeler,,no detergent for washing machine otherwise great stay
