Riviera's peaceful location is only minutes walk from the heart of Nelson’s Bay vibrant town centre and popular marina. This impeccable, three bedroom, two bathroom, luxurious duplex accommodates up to six guests.

Riviera features an open plan, split level, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, with soaring ceilings, all looking out to expansive water views. The lounge and dining room flow out onto a vast, fully secure, gated entertaining deck, with retractable shade awning, where the breath-taking views can be enjoyed while cooking on the BBQ, eating and drinking at the alfresco dining table.

Bedroom one has a king bed and spacious ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a solid white timber tri-bunk (double with single above). The main bathroom features a shower over a corner spa bath, perfect for bathing little ones or soaking in yourself after a fun day of exploring the region. For winter bookings, you will enjoy the underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

Riviera features sophisticated, yet relaxed, coastal inspired furnishings and decor which instantly evoke serene beach holiday vibes the moment you walk through the door. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Nelson Bay, you can stroll along the waterfront into town to explore the boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the children’s beach front playground, or hop on a lunch, dolphin or whale watching cruise that depart from the marina. Pop into the waterfront fresh seafood markets and cook up a holiday feast on the BBQ as you watch sunsets over the glistening water and sip your beverage while planning your activities for your next day in paradise. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  No need to go abbreviations, just sit ac enjoy the view. But if you do want to venture out it's a short walk to restaurants cafes for some great meals.
  Unit is beautifully decorated, with comfortable bed and couches. Could do with some sun loungers on the balcony for dinner.

  Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views across Nelson Bay. The location really is second to none. The home is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Only downside was the gas tank (therefore hot water) running out. Advice from Stay Port Stephens staff was inaccurate and unhelpful - pretty much told to suck it up. Thankfully the usual property manager called us soon after and sorted it out immediately.

  Very well decorated, lovely furnishings ac location is walking distance to all cafes restaurants, shops and the beach. Just park the car in the garage and leave it there. Managers were really helpful as we had trouble finding the place. Ad says it has a microwave but we never found it!

  You cannot beat this view!! Views of the Bay from every angle except for bedrooms. My Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in May and could have stayed longer. Very clean apartment and styled in a hamptons theme. Carpet is a bit tired, but i am fussy. Balcony is large enough for a family bbq, but we enjoyed just sitting out there with a drink and watching all the boats come and go and the dolphins swim on occassion. The gas fire pit looked amazing on the balcony however, not sure if it worked and had no instructions.
  Fantastic position overlooking Nelson Bay, a road behind the apartment is a short walk to the beach and main town, we grabbed a coffee from town each morning.

  Nice place to stay for the weekend, add was abit confusing with linen etc being included. Was a bit tricky to get to the parking and entrance as you can’t enter via Victoria Parade. The bed we slept in was quite hard and uncomfortable and there was a mug in the cupboard that hadn’t been washed. Great location though within walking distance to main harbor.

  Our extended family had a lovely long weekend at Riviera. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, all modern fittings, beautifully styled and very true to the photos. The view from the deck is amazing. We were easily able to walk to Nelson Bay Beach, the Marina and surrounds. Everyone was happy and comfortable, from kids to grandparents! We did some cooking on the BBQ - beware there are next to no pantry items so bring your own if you plan to cook. Communication & responsiveness from the property manager was timely and efficient.

  Very new and Clean.
  Fabulous location you can walk to all the beautiful cafes and restaurants.(A bit of a hill/stairs on the way home but great exercise)
  Our only hiccup was that the cleaner was still there cleaning at 3pm at Check In time - we had to go away and come back half hour later.
  And there is no Shampoo/Conditioner or Hair Dryer supplied - just thought that was a bit odd.
  But over all we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Beautiful Riviera.
