H3 Port Stephens is a luxurious waterfront duplex located on the absolute beachfront in Corlette. H3 is located on a picturesque white, sandy beach with breathtaking views over the glistening waters of Port Stephens harbour. This exclusive alcove has calm, protected waters making it ideal for children, relaxing dips and water activities. H3 sleeps up to eight guests (MAX 6 adults).

H3’s classic architecture and elegant, yet relaxed, coastal style exudes opulent beach house vibes. Cook up holiday feasts on the terrace BBQ while you watch glorious sunsets over the water. There’s a lovely strip of grassy verge between H3 and the sand, perfect for picnics and games with the kids. The beach is idyllic and being a harbour-side beach, and protected from the prevailing winds in summer, the calm water is perfect for kids of all ages. The children will be entertained for hours building sandcastles, swimming and playing games on the beach and grass.

On the ground floor the open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen all overlook the beach and blue waters. The living and dining room flow out to a large alfresco entertaining terrace, with BBQ, dining table and sun lounges. The terrace has a few steps down to the grassy reserve and the enticing sand of the beach is just metres away. There’s also a powder room on the ground level and an outdoor shower. The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite, TV, queen size bed and water views. Bedroom two also has water views, a TV and queen size bed. Bedroom three has a TV and two long, zip single beds, which can be joined together to make a king sized bed. This bedroom also has two ingenious fold down, wall bunk beds, which can sleep two children upon application. The main bathroom includes a bath tub and shower and has a separate toilet.

H3 has ducted air-con and ceiling fans throughout. The laundry has a washer and dryer. The garage is not available for use, however there’s room for two vehicles on the driveway and street parking. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and towels for your bathrooms. H3 features WIFI.

Some of the luxuries you can enjoy are Platter/Boards, BBQ Packs, Picnics, Breakfast Boxes which can be added when you complete you Guest Agreement. Additional costs apply.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults. There are 2 x hidden wall fold down single beds (bunks) that will be used to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 8.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen for 6 guests - 2 x Queen, x 2 Zip Singles/Queen. The bunk beds are an optional extra cost.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Please confirm which beds and optional extras you require .

Additional costs when booking:
Bunk Beds - $100 per booking with towel and linen
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $1500 payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to our full terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

    Accomadation was really fantastic

    Beach was right in front of the house, they supplied 2 paddle boards which were so much fun.

    Its a bay beach so the water was still, so good for the kids to play.

    Warmest water i have ever experienced

    so many good things about this place, woudl definately recommend and will definately go back

    (also fishing down the road was so good, 2 of us caught 20 fish in 3 hours :)

    We had the most amazing stay at H3. The view was so incredibly beautiful and the location is so great - water straight out the front door and a 5-10 min drive to everything else. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. It’s a great place for the kids - the bay is really protected so the water is really really calm and it’s also quite shallow which was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. We had a small issue with the ceiling fans during our stay but the property manager was very responsive and arranged to get it fixed really quickly, which we were really grateful for. We will definitely stay here again!

    Beautifully presented property with quality fittings and inclusions. Comfortable for group of adults and Perfect for families with young children as beach is safe with clean sand and easy access and protected from wind. Wonderful vergola meant sitting outside with coffee or wine was most enjoyable at any time of day or night. We loved it.

    We had a beautiful stay here at this house. Everything was clean and immaculate and the hosts and neighbours were very considerate. During Christmas night, the neighbours had some guest and music playing outside and as soon as it hit 10pm they ensured that there was no loud noises. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again

    Such an amazing location right on the beach. Boys enjoyed beach cricket and going on the paddle boards (provided). We saw dolphins almost every morning and evening.
    Place is extremely well equipped and a great layout. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
    Close enough to Nelson Bay to ride your bike or pop in by car to The Little Nel or the marina for a bite to eat or activities/shopping. Supermarkets 2min away. So many things to do in the area. Best thing though was just enjoying the beach and views. We stayed during one of the Ashes test matches, so the spotlight that we could turn on to shine onto the grass and beach was awesome for the kids to keep batting into the evening.
    Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

    Pros:
    - View was amazing!
    - Fully equiped house. Paddle board was great for some fun and beach behind the house felt so private and amazing for a holiday with a toddler.
    - Toboggan park was 10 mins away and everything else was within 20 mins away. Location was great.
    - Clean and spacious rooms.

    Cons:
    - When we went the internet was hopeless could not watch netflix or browse without constant interruption on our phones. Not sure if it was just those couple of days because we mentioned it to the cleaners as we left and they said apparently the area had some issues?
    - Owner lives next door and felt like big brother was watching as we got a text at 5 am and 2 am to switch the spotlight at the back of the house off. We obey all rules and maybe there should be a red tape on the light switch or instructions not to press certain light switches next time. I mean any visitor to the house would be navigating which switch turns on which light.

    My wife and 2 kids (4 and 1.5yr) had an amazing time. House is very comfortable for 1 family. There are 3 beds and we only used 2 so if you have few extra kids you will be fine. Another positive is the location - apart from being right at the beach you 5 min drive to all the major shops, restaurants and recreational places. From 4WD at Anna Bay to Go Kart and more. Plenty to do when it's sunny and also when weather is not so good.

    the house is exactly how it is in the photos; well managed and very tidy with the beach just few steps away. we had bbq outside while watching the sunset and we definitely enjoyed the paddle board available in the house. my niece loved the spa bath and there were 2 spacious bedrooms with tv, ceiling fan and ducted ac and a master’s bedroom with ensuite which screams both luxury and comfort. every detail of the house is well thought of and i admire the wall art pieces on every room.
    location is great with a shopping centre nearby and just few mins drive to shoal bay for few more water activities and mt tomaree in which the view from the top is breath taking!
    check in and check out is hassle free; we surely love our stay and will definitely be back
