This exclusive holiday house, in this magnificent beach-front location, is sure to play host to your most memorable beach house, holiday experience. Sails on the Beachfront caters to experienced luxury holiday house guests or for guests looking to spoil themselves with a once-in-a-lifetime ultimate, beach-front escape. Only minutes away is the shopping village of Anna Bay and the famous, adventure packed, Stockton Sand Dunes, the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere.

Sails on the Beachfront is an architecturally designed beach house offering five bedrooms, which can sleep up to 10 guests, and three bathrooms. Its versatile and spacious floor plan caters perfectly for two families, large groups and multiple generations or offers a separate level and living area for children and teens. Both levels have generous covered decks overlooking the panoramic beach and ocean vista. The open plan living areas and kitchen all enjoy the same180 degree unobstructed ocean view.

There is a large double garage and plenty of off street parking for a boat.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the top floor, the master has a king bed, bedroom 2 and 4 have king beds, bedroom 3 and 5 have king zip beds that can be made into singles.

***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 Adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 11 & 12 (Children) ($100), total maximum guests 12.

Bond- $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  What a brilliant location and house. Beautifully maintained and with a beachside location to die for.
  Boat Harbour Beach sits right in front of the house and allowed us to sit on the balcony and watch the family playing in the calm waters.
  The house was wonderfully presented and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils.
  This is the perfect family vacation house for those wishing to spend time at and on the beach with no need to travel, just walk down to the sand.

  The house is within a half hour to most activities in the region. Started and ended each day enjoying the beach but we also had fun sliding down
  the dunes, tobogganing, driving go carts and visiting the animal farm. The local fisherman provided some viewing entertainment bringing in their nets and we had RAAF flying jets over most days. A lovely home on a beautiful harbour we all loved our stay.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Sails on the beach. I will just add, we followed the instructions and bought Lavaza coffee pods and they did not fit. Property info needs to be updated to give the specific model because there are two types at the supermarket. Very frustrating and a waste of money as I purchased the wrong ones. But the house is lovely the beds and pillows were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Mainsail there was plenty of room the house was beautiful. The criticism we do have is there would have been a few supplies that could have been added that wouldn’t have been expensive but made all the difference to getting our stay underway (paper towel, toilet paper, butter, a bottle of milk and olive oil), this would have avoided the need for us to get to the shops as soon as we arrived.

  Overall we were happy but there were a few issues that we feel should have not been "issues" for us to resolve. This was our third stay here and each time we have had to contend with all the garbage bins (outside) filled to overflowing and infested with maggots. the managing agent needs to deal with this before the next tenant arrives!We had to wait until the next garbage day and then wash out the bins ourselves. Also on this occasion we found the terrace chairs in a state of disrepair. One of the chairs was completely trashed and the webbing on several others was breaking up. In fact there were not enough suitable chairs to use on the terrace . The house is meant to sleep 10 - only about 4 chairs looked safe to use. The condition of the chairs should have been monitored by the managing agent. We also recommend that the BBQ be updated to match the calibre of the house. The BBq is old and without a hood so it cannot be used as an oven. The kitchen only has a small oven and it is very challenging cooking for the 9 of us.
  On the positive side the managing agent staff responded quickly when the washing machine played up and supplied extra towels that had been soiled during a wash load. The staff were courteous and responsive. The housekeeper did a marvelous job preparing the house for us after an apparent awful mess left by the previous tenants.

  The home exceeded our expectations.The best location,right on the beach.The beach offered safe family friendly swimming along with fantastic snorkeling .We were a family of eight ,thee generations ranging in age from 18 months to 65 years.Fve bedrooms 3 bathrooms two living areas ,plenty of outdoor space.Well stocked kitchen allowed us to stay covid safe and have most meals at home.Family all agree ,this was the best holiday ever.

  We’ve stayed at the property a couple of times now as we love the location however the property is starting to look a bit tired. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a lovely house and I’d still stay as it offers a lot - our families have a wonderful time here. It offers a great amount of space for multiple families to stay together without getting in each other’s way. A concern for us was the ballustrading on the top verandah as a small child could easily slip between the wire and concrete. And if you’re staying with kids, there’s no window coverings on the high windows on bedrooms so expect to be awake at 5am!
