Occupying a prime location in the heart of Nelson Bay, Harbour View Penthouse combines modern, open-plan living and luxury furnishings with a spacious under cover balcony, and private, sun-drenched, rooftop terrace.

The rooftop terrace is an entertainer's dream, complete with a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, outdoor setting and 6 person spa. Relax on your sun drenched roof top whilst taking advantage and immersing yourself in the glorious uninterrupted ocean views and Nelson Bay Headlands.

Only a stone's throw from the bustling Nelson Bay Marina, charters and cruises, the region's best beaches, walking trails, shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities, Harbour View Penthouse is perfect for families looking to take advantage of all Port Stephens has to offer.

The property is beautifully furnished, and the modern kitchen will impress with stainless steel appliances and coffee pod machine (pods not supplied). The dining room flows onto the balcony with water views and an outdoor setting. Adjacent to the balcony, the lounge room offers substantial living space, complete with large screen smart TV and DVD player. The property also comes with free, high-speed Wi-Fi

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and you will be spoiled with a lovely outlook through floor to ceiling windows, a flat screen TV, WIR and beautifully appointed ensuite. Relax and unwind after a day of fun and adventure in the main bathroom spa bath. The second and third bedrooms also feature high quality queen beds. The penthouse also offers a sofa lounge for additional bedding for guests when required at additional cost.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8.

Harbour View Penthouse has a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

Option 1: 2x King, 1x Queen

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  Last minute family escape for Christmas. Great location & easy walk to town centre, shops & marina. Plenty of space so the 5 of us never felt on top of one another. Check in & out detail & instructions easy to follow. Everything you need of great family holiday.Some minor repairs required due to the age of the building but it didn't affect our stay at all. Clean, tidy & what was advertised would definitely stay again.

  Fantastic apartment in a very central location. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money. Only downside was that the glass ceiling above the stairs did leak when it rained.   The unit was absolutely perfect for our small extended family special birthday celebration .Its in a great location and very well appointed with everything you need .   We absolutely loved the accommodation. Very clean, very comfortable and the location was ideal. We thank you all very much for our stay. The only thing I would say is that there are a few things that need fixing...the bottom handle on the bbq was hanging off, one of the keys fob wasn't on the key so only 1 worked for the lift and part of the dishwasher wasn't working and we had to re-attach. Minor issues but something you may want to look at. Overall though we loved it and will definitely be back.

  We were 3 couples keen to getaway, the location of the apartment was amazing so close to restaurants and shops , the verandah of the apartment was not clean we had to mop it twice , there were only 6 forks in the apartment I know that sounds trivial but it was a pain because we ate in most times and had to keep pulling forks out the dishwasher and clean them , the rooftop was lovely but I would recommend to the owners to put a umbrella up there so can can utilise the rooftop more , overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay again .

  The property is in an excellent location and ideally set up for 2 or 3 couples or groups of friends. You can park the car and stroll down the road to the Marina and shops. The Spa was the drawcard and we arrived to see it heated to temperature and clean. The apartment is missing some basics; 1. TOILET PAPER is not provided - there was 1 partially used roll for 2 bathrooms. There are no basic pantry items and limited entertaining platters etc. We were surprised how unclean the property was (particularly considering the $1000 holding deposit) - the floor throughout appeared grotty and bathrooms did not have the santisied seal that you would expect for a property of this price and linen on one bed did not appear to be freshly changed. Hopefully this feedback will be taken on board by the managing agent to improve the experience for new guests.I can contacted on day 2 by the agent wanting access to check smoke alarms - this is not acceptable. Either more notice should have been provided or the work scheduled for a period of vacancy.

  The apartment was very spacious to house our seven guests. The kitchen accessories need to be updated. Eg saucepans etc. also to house 8 you need 8 chairs around the dining table. Overall a very nice apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent . Aaron was very helpful with maintenance and ElleRae was very professional.

  The location of the unit was fantastic as it is close by to all the attractions and local shops. The general condition of the unit was quite poor. There were water leaks in 3 spots of the living area and we needed to use buckets to contain the water - definitely should not be hired in this condition.
  Also broken tiles in the bathroom, rooftop could not be used because of how poorly maintained it was. Spa did not get used once. Broken table, stained mattress etc - seems neglected.
