Bluewater Splendour - Heated infinity pool and amazing views!!

Bluewater Splendour, the ultimate beach home, is the perfect holiday duplex for all the family, extended family, and couples to enjoy the best holiday they could imagine. A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with amazing views and with features such as a lift, a heated infinity pool and ducted air conditioning plus more. The large duplex accommodates up to14 (MAX 10 adults).

All three balconies boast water views, with the top balcony off the living area having the wow factor of 180 degree views over Port Stephens. You’ll never want to leave but if you do, this home is a short walk to beautiful Wanda Beach, Shops, Cafes and Restaurants.

Bluewater Splendour is a luxurious property that includes your own private heated infinity pool. The property has three amazing outdoor covered entertaining areas, decorated with comfortable furniture and with the gas BBQ on the top level and another BBQ on the pool level, so socialising with family and friends will be enjoyable.

There are three living areas, with modern furnishings, and large screen TVs in each, Wi-Fi and Foxtel and the duplex has ducted air conditioning throughout.

The main bedroom is located on the top level and has a king bed with a single trundle, walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite with a luxurious free standing spa bath as well as a balcony with views over Wanda Beach. The second bedroom is also located on the top level and has a queen bed, direct ensuite access to the main bathroom which is also fitted with handles for the aged and less mobile. The third bedroom is located on the middle level and has a king bed and a trundle bed which opens onto the balcony with its own magnificent views. The fourth bedroom also located on the middle level and has two single beds with a trundle bed under each. On the lower level living area there is a queen size sofa bed ($100 per stay).

The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a five burner gas cook-top, large electric oven, dishwasher and side by side fridge with ice maker. There is a double lock up garage and extra level car spaces for two more cars, as well as easy level off street parking for your boat.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM - 10 ADULTS. The sofa bed and extra four trundles can be used upon application to accommodate total maximum guest of 14 including children. Trundles are for children only.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Trundle $50 per trundle which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/per booking.

BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

  The property really lives up to its name. Everything from the home itself to the heated pool, views and facilities were outstanding.
  
  We stayed with family, including my sister and her child, and the lift was incredibly handy for getting luggage and supplies upstairs when we arrived. It was also a big novelty for the kids, they loved it.
  
  The heated infinity pool was easily the best part. It felt like a warm bath, the kids absolutely loved it and it was perfect for the time of year.
  
  The views are simply breathtaking. Waking up to them each morning is something special and you could never get tired of them.
  
  The property was absolutely spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout.
  
  There were more beds than we expected, with most bedrooms having a trundle and extra bedding. This gave us plenty of flexibility with the kids and would be great if we came back with a bigger group.
  
  The kitchen had everything we needed. The only small suggestion would be to have better quality, larger wine glasses and a few more of them to match a property of this standard.
  
  The management company was great. We have stayed in other properties managed by Stay Port Stephens and have always had a great experience.
  
  There is plenty of space in the property with multiple living areas, lounges and TVs. We didn’t use them much, but it would be perfect for families who want separate areas for kids.
  
  The BBQ was clean and worked well. For a property of this size, a larger one could be a nice upgrade down the track, but it did the job and was no big deal.
  
  A couple of small notes for the management team, the WiFi was very slow and needs looking at, and the garage remote was not working, although the wall button opened it without any issues.
  
  Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again.

  The pool and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing- we couldn't get enough of them! We had such a great time cooking together, with plenty of utensils, comfy furniture, and even a few games to keep the fun going. It all made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable!
  
  The property shares a common wall with the neighboring house, and sound tends to carry through quite easily. As a result, we had to be very mindful of the noise, which slightly impacted our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the kitchen tap hasa very strong water flow. When turned on fully, it causes splashing, leaving the sink area and surrounding surfaces wet. We noticed that the coffee sachets provided had expired in 2021. Unfortunately, we used them on the first day without realizing this. On the second day, one of us noticed visible mold inside the sachets upon opening, which was quite concerning from a health and hygiene perspective. We immediately discarded them and took a few photos as evidence.

  If you are thinking of booking this property, do not think twice and just book it, you will not regret it. This property was unbelievably spacious with exceptional views and fully equipped in every aspect. The 3 level house has a lift inside which was so helpful with getting up and down (plus the kids enjoyed the ride). The rooms were extremely spacious and clean including the bathrooms. There was absolutely nothing to fault, and even with the very minor things to fault such as the lock in bathroom on second floor being inoperable and the outside area on the top floor being dirty and requiring a clean, the staff were very easy to get through to and rectify issues.

  Pretty disappointing for the cost. The whole experience felt over officous, almost “army” like. Do this, don’t do that.
  Also every turn seemed to have fees fees fees. Over $2000 for a weekend and they want $50 for a trundle bed or cot, $8 for a towel, checkout an hour late and it’s another $100, leave something behind and it’s $50 postage. Smacked of price gouging and opportunism.
  Also the cleanliness was poor. Maggots in the bin, the balcony floor was not clean from BBQ fat (but if YOU don’t clean the BBQ there’s another fee).
  Don’t even provide garbage bags for you.
  Tv reception was poor and intermittent.
  Would I stay here again? NO.

Went to cook Christmas in July, no Baking Dish, had to buy aluminium foil dish from supermarket. Mirror splash back behind hot plates looks lovely, but no splatter guard for frying pans so oil splashes all over the mirror while you are cooking.   The house is really modern - with lots of entertaining areas inside and out. The pool is great too and the view fab. I would recommend this property for a family holiday. BUT 2 things spoilt our 40 hours at the property - the first was that the cleaner had left the pool heater on so it was 40 degrees when we arrived - and we were not able to swim ( a key reason for choosing the place) the 2nd was that there were NO amenities left - only hand wash, dishwasher tabs, 4 coffee pods (for 8 of us for 2 days!!) and salt and pepper. I have a property @cottageinparadise that i let for a quarter of the price and leave full size shampoos, conditioners, olive oil, herbs, cereal, milk, oat milk etc. When paying over $1k per night i think this so mean and unlike anywhere i have been at this price range.

  It’s hard to go past the elevator which was beyond helpful with my elderly father. And the advertised heated pool really is heated and not “under repairs” during the stay. But what’s understated is the view from the main living area, spectacular sweeping 270 degrees view of Salamander Bay.
  There was enough space and bathrooms for everyone and the long dining table fit everyone for meals.
  We loved that there was also enough breakout areas for everyone for down time.
  We will come back here in a heart beat!

  The house is lovely (even better than the photos) , the view is amazing & the kitchen is extremely well kitted out. Just do yourself a favour & inspect the property thoroughly & mark down even the slightest marks as we were asked to pay for the slightest small discolouration on the kitchen bench which could have been there unnoticed for ages & is simply general wear & tear on a very sensitive surface. We were very careful with using mats under hot pans & it wasn’t like we spilled anything. We made sure to leave the property clean & tidy when we left so this was a very disappointing way to end the holiday.

  An incredible property with so much space and spectacular views. Kids loved having their own bathrooms and lounge area to relax and spent a lot of time in the pool. Great location to explore the surrounding area in both directions and very handy for the local fish and chip shop and the larger shopping centre. Lots of choices for eating out including the Bowling Club which was good for kids and Bannisters for the adults which are both minutes away. Would definitely recommend, this property has it all.

  A lot of space, for a large group, this place had everything we needed. We had some who struggled with stairs, so the lift was a godsend, and being able to swim in the heated pool during May kept the teens happy and out of our hair.

  They tiled floor was not very clean it turned the soles of our feet black.

  As a short holiday before Uni started, this was the PERFECT place to book! With the most amazing views of Port Stephens, there were some days that were spent on the balcony just looking at the place!!!
